Our Approach

TesVia creates quizzes and guides informed by published psychological research and widely cited frameworks — such as attachment theory, the RIASEC model, and emotional intelligence research. We cite theoretical sources and academic references rather than claiming clinical validation or expert medical review.

Our content is designed for self-reflection, education, and entertainment. It is not a substitute for diagnosis, therapy, or professional mental health care.

Content Development Process

  1. Research foundation — We identify established theories and published frameworks relevant to each topic.
  2. Quiz design — Questions are drafted to reflect common descriptions in the literature, simplified for a short, accessible format.
  3. Cross-checking — Content is reviewed for clarity, accuracy of citations, and appropriate disclaimers.
  4. Publication — Each test and article displays its theoretical basis, references, and review dates.

Limitations & Disclaimers

  • TesVia quizzes are simplified instruments. They do not replicate validated clinical assessments (e.g., MSCEIT, formal attachment interviews).
  • Results describe tendencies, not fixed labels. Context, culture, and life experience all influence behavior.
  • If you are in distress, please contact a qualified professional or a crisis line such as 988 (US).

Continuous Improvement

We periodically review content to update references, refine language, and align with current research summaries. Each test page shows a "last reviewed" date when trust metadata is available.
